• Solar Gen 2 is committed to hiring local residents
• Solar Gen 2 committed to a $375,000 scholarship fund to insure that Imperial residents get the training they need to work with Solar Gen 2 or other renewable energy projects in the Valley.  For more details, please see the Scholarship Fund page.
• In December 2011, we expanded our presence in Imperial and moved to larger office space at 2435 Marshall Road, Imperial, California
• In December 2011, ZGlobal, in response to the needs of Solar Gen 2, added two new employees for a total of four local residents dedicated to the Solar Gen 2 project and has launched a new scheduling and coordination business to serve the needs of renewable energy companies
• Through continued focus on local hiring, we employ dozens of local consultants and local businesses in the Valley
• Solar Gen 2 anticipates hiring more local residents as our project gets closer to construction and operation
