The principals of Solar Gen 2 are committed to providing jobs and economic development opportunities for the citizens of Imperial County. Solar Gen 2 has committed to provide $75,000 per year for the first five years following the close of our first project’s construction financing to provide training. In the process, we want to ensure that Imperial County’s citizens have the opportunity to work with Solar Gen 2 from the beginning and for years to come. We will endeavor to be good corporate citizens because it is the right thing to do.  We believe that solar generation can provide a new source of jobs and economic development and in the process, make the Imperial County one of the nation’s leaders in generating sustainable, green energy. We at Solar Gen 2 are committed to providing sustainable, green energy for an energy independent North America.

• Solar Gen 2 is currently working with Imperial Valley College to establish and administer the scholarship fund.
• The program will provide hands-on experience through internships with local companies like Solar Gen 2 and ZGlobal.
• The scholarship will be structured as an endowment to ensure it benefits the Valley for many years to come.
